Account & Registration ACCOUNT

To open an account at WCC 2, you'll need an active mobile number and a National ID (NID) or passport. During registration, you'll be asked for your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a strong password. The entire process takes just 3–5 minutes. Click here to start registration.

Under WCC 2 policy, each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any funds held could be forfeited. Please manage all your activity through a single account.

Account verification (KYC) keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud. You'll need to complete KYC before making any withdrawals. Go to the "Verification" section in your dashboard and upload a photo of the front and back of your national ID, along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

To change certain details like your mobile number or email, you'll need to contact live support. You can update your password and notification settings on your own. Your real name and date of birth from registration cannot be changed, as they are tied to your KYC verification.

The WCC 2 app is available directly from our App Page Download from the official source. Android users can download the APK file directly. iOS users can open Safari and use "Add to Home Screen". Do not download the app from any third-party store or source.

When a new update is available, you'll receive a notification the next time you open the app. Tap the update button to download and install the latest APK. Alternatively, On the App page and download the latest version. Keeping the app updated ensures the best performance.

Start by fully closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your phone. Try clearing the app cache (Settings → Apps → WCC 2 → Clear Cache). Update to the latest version. If problems continue, contact live chat support with your phone model and OS version.
